Robin Ibens is a potentialist. For thirty years, he has done one thing: help leaders build what their organization already wants to become.
He has worked with leaders, organizations, and ecosystems across Belgium and beyond. Not as a consultant who brings answers, but as an architect who asks the right questions, and creates space for what already wants to emerge.
His background as a clinical psychologist once formed the foundation. But his wide range of disciplines gives his work its real depth: biomimicry, behavioral sciences, systems thinking, systemic work and organizational constellations, psychology and educational sciences, scenario planning, indigenous wisdom, creative thinking, storytelling, philosophy, personal transformation, design thinking, strategic thinking, and provocative coaching.
